Rachel is a New York based filmmaker. theatre maker, and actress.

For over fifteen years, she was the co-artistic director of New York indie theatre company Less Than Rent. LTR developed dozens of new plays and musicals and presented sixteen full productions in many venues across Manhattan including the New Ohio, HERE Arts Center, La Mama, 59E59, Walkerspace, Theatre Row, Wild Project, and Horse Trade Theater Group.

As an actor, her work has been seen on tv shows including: I’m Dying Up Here (Showtime), The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show (Netflix), Modern Love (Prime), Younger (TVLand), and many more. Her self-produced web series Royally, in which she starred as a party princess con-artist, won the Critics Award at the New York Television Festival, and she won Best Actress in Comedy at both NYTVF and the Indie Series Awards in LA.

Hiawatha, her debut short film that she wrote and directed played festivals in 2025 including the New Orleans Film Festival, Hollyshorts Film Festival, Brooklyn Film Festival, Sidewalk Film Festival, Milwaukee International Film Festival, and more.
